The softcover volume has illustrated full-bleed color cover boards and no dust jacket, as issued, which measure 7 x 5 inches (17.8 x 12.7 cm) and contain 12 thick stock paper pages. The individual pages are unpaginated and include full-bleed four-color plates, with the reverse being an image of a typical USPS postcard. The book is designed to allow pages to be removed from the glued binding spine and mailed after affixing appropriate postage. This HIGHLY COLLECTIBLE Postcard Book is offered in NEW/MINT condition. Our copies of Postcard Book #65, "Rear View," came directly from Bruno Gmünder Verlag upon release and have been carefully stored in a temperature and humidity-controlled clean air environment over the years. They have NOT been previously owned by an individual or Store other than ours. This title is long out-of-print, and copies in this auction s represented condition are incredibly scarce. Please ask questions about his title BEFORE you purchase. The authenticity and legitimacy of this title are guaranteed. Each Postcard book is a softcover volume, without a dust jacket, as issued. Some of the books were released under the publisher's protective wraps, and some were not but were instead bundled in plastic wraps that contained 25 - 50 individual books. There were two sizes of the Postcard books, with the earliest books being 6 x 4 ¼ inches (up through #42) and 7 x 5 inches for later issues (#43 - #73). All books have illustrated covers, without dust jacket (as issued), and are glue bound. The stiff cardboard pages contain unpaginated full-bleed color and black and white plates of images found in the parent photobook on which the postcard books were based. The inside front cover board of all the postcard books contains the Colophon information. Variations of this template are present in the earliest issues.
