The TOPSIS, Integer Linear programming Fuzzy Logic are analyzed effectively. Red Tacton is a new innovative human area Network technology that turns the human body in to safe transmission path from one node of the body to another node. Red Tacton uses minute electric field emitted on the surface of the human body.
