Now quite scarce. Flat Signed by the author (Bob Cook) on the title page. Bob had just 330 of this Hardcover in DJ printed, he told me this when I purchased several copies from him at his store on Guider Lane in Bethlehem, NH when we were friends many years ago. I was a book-scout/dealer and had just (in 1999) opened my first shop in Lincoln. We met several years prior, around 1994, at his shop on Main street in Littleton where we became friends. He taught me many valuable things about the used book trade, and I in turn sold him a lot of good books that I had located in my scouting years. Some weeks I would drive 1500+ miles looking for book sales (as far away as Danbury, CT,) Antique shops, thrift stores, yard and Estate sales, etc. for used and rare books. It was the pre-internet era and gas was less than 1$, What a Journey it was! Anyway, this is a great book by a great writer and friend. Flat Signed by Author.
