Mild crushing to spine ends. Sunning to spine. Gilt lettering is bright and clear. Boards have minor damp and dust stains. Book has a slight forward lean.

Title states 'with upwards of four hundred illustration by Tuffen West' . We believe this 1864 copy was the 2nd edition of this popular title. To sum up a remarkably clean copy.
