This is first appearance in book form of this screenplay specially printed for distribution to members of the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts & Sciences in consideration for nomination of the Best Original Screenplay. Shooting script for the film Flight by John Gatins. Fine in printed wrappers. The film was directed by Robert Zemeckis and stars Denzel Washington as an addicted commercial airline pilot. Flight received two nominations for Oscars for Best Performance by an Actor in a Leading Role (Washington) and Best Original Screenplay. Denzel Washington was also nominated for a Golden Globe.
