Hardcover. Condizione: Good. Condizione sovraccoperta: Fair. Weidenfeld and Nicolson, 1968. Hardcover. Dust jacket condition: Fair. The jacket has several small tears, and two large tears. One large tear is about 1cm long and 1cm wide at its widest point, with a flap of jacket having come away from this area though still attached - it is located on the front cover near the top of the spine. The second is just over1cm long and about 3mm at its widest point - it is on the cover at the bottom edge. There is shelf-wear and abrasions at the top and tail of the spine and at the corners. There is some slight discolouration, marks, grubbiness in places commensurate with age and use. The spine has faded to a pinkish colour. Book condition: Some slight grubbiness and wear to cloth commensurate with age, and some wear along the top and bottom edges and at the top and tail of the spine. There is a stain to the top of the text-block, occupying about 10% of the whole top area. There is also some foxing to the text-block, though it is not severe. There is some foxing to the pastedowns, endpapers, and the half-title page, though it is most severe in these parts of the book and is rare elsewhere.
