An original camera clapperboard used in the creation of the film The Taking of Pelham 123. A clapperboard is a pair of hinged boards clapped together at the beginning of a film shot in order to aid sound synchronization and at the same time record the shot number and the number of individual takes of a scene. The board lists the production name and has a logo for the The Taking of Pelham 123 title showing the hijacked subway car in the background, the directorÕs name Tony Scott, the cameramanÕs name Tobias, the scene number, the roll of film number, the take number. 11 inches wide by 9 3/4 inches tall. Very good condition. The Taking of Pelham 123 is a 2009 American action thriller film[ directed by Tony Scott. The film is about a train dispatcher (Denzel Washington), who is pressed into the role of negotiator after a criminal (John Travolta) hijacks a subway car of passengers The Mayor of New York City (James Gandofini) struggles to end the crisis.
