Soft cover. Condizione: Good. Slightest of bumping at front cover corner. Otherwise good. Account of how all of Europe, and the USA, contributed to the making of the Belgian King Leopold's holocaust of the Congolese people. Excellent revisionist colonial history which shows what imperialism entailed for the conquered territories. We are now publicly recognising the horrors committed in the name of 'civilisation', even though some reactionary politicians, journalists and commentators, backed by right-wing historians, decry the new history as 'woke'. 367 pages.
