Inside hinges are cracked. Moisture staining on top hinge and top edges of inside back cover. Soiling and yellowing to page ends. Yellowing text and the 96 b&w illustrations. Text is otherwise clean and unmarked. Chapters detailing the development, speed, construction, safety and the passengers of the steamships.
