    Original autograph letter signed by the author, American rancher and writer, Maxwell Struthers Burt (1882 - 1954). Written on BurtÕs printed stationery, dated Saturday, Feb. 16, Ô24. Written on the first and third pages of double lettersheet: ÒMy dear Roger: I have some articles coming out in The Saturday Evening Post and they are very anxious to illustrate them with photographs - duly acknowledged, of course. I saw Louise Booth in Atlantic City a couple of days ago and she suggested that I write to you and ask you if you had any you would be willing to have me use in that way. I have plenty of photographs of the country but what I lack are snapshots of the ranch itself and snapshots with people in them. I would be greatly obliged if you could let me have some and would, of course, meet all expenses. With many regards and good wishes.
