Conrad Kahn was in charge of sound for so many classic films, including The Wizard of Oz, Ninotchka with Greta Garbo, Frank CapraÕs State of the Union, Preston SturgesÕ Fort Bravo, Teahouse of the August Moon, as well as many of the Katharine Hepburn-Spencer Tracy films, William Powell-Myrna Loy pictures, several Fred Astaire films, and many others.
