Some rubbing to boards, particularly at corners and along edges. Minor scuffing. Red lettering on front pastedown erased, on rear pastedown crossed out with red ink; ink on rear pastedown has bled onto r.f.e.p. Expected rippling to text block; binding tender between sixth and seventh gatherings, with attendant tear in pp. 81, but is nevertheless holding. P. 3 torn at fore-edge. Light foxing to map of Major Navigable Waterways Tributary to Chicago between pp. 38-39. Else fine. A handsome copy with otherwise bright, clean maps, text, and illustrations. Very Good.
