This is Vol. 1 and contains Books 1-4 within 502 pages. The condition is very good. The pages are clean and free of all marks, tears and folds.There is a name written in pencil on the ffl, The dark blue cloth cover is clean but shows some scuffing on back. It is decorated with a red rosary, dark cross, and a silver moon on front with the title in bright gilt on front and spine. There is some scuffing on top and bottom of spine and the corners of the boards. The binding is tight.
