Jacket for Volume 3 has chips on the back panel, one at the top right, one at the bottom left. Jacket for volume 4 has a chip at the top right corner of the front panel, about 1" X 1". Both volumes are 6-1/2" X 9-1/2". volume 3 is 288 pages, Volume 4 is 146 pages. Black cloth covered boards, sewn bindings.
