Decorative Boards. Condizione: Very Good. No Jacket. Presumed First. A good copy of this book of 79 text pages and 12 coloured plates. 11 at the end and 1 as frontispiece. Slight yellowing of endpapers. No inscriptions. One of the plates (Loch Eck) is damaged over an area 1 cm x 3 cm at the left hand edge of the plate, where it has stuck to the reverse of the previous plate. Binding firm and tight.

Original hb binding, in blue cloth, bevelled edges, gilt, blue and russet lettering and decoration to upper board together with mounted chromolitho illustration (Ben Cruachan from Dalmally). Tiny (7/8" x ½") bookseller's ident to corner of front fixed endpaper (D. Mackay, Oban), pencilled name and address of previous owner on front free endpaper, generally a very good, tight copy.
