Jacket has tiny corner chips, bit darkened & lightly rubbed spine, chips to spine tips (no loss of lettering), nice otherwise. The Canadian edition was made from the US first issue sheets (with a cancel title leaf), as it has "of" instead of "af" on line 19 of page 174.
