The usual cost is $11-$13 for an artbook weighing 5-7 lbs, insured for $200. Shipments could also be arranged for UPS or FedEx delivery overnight or 2nd day. International orders are usually shipped with a consolidation economy air carrier, delivered in 8-12 business days anywhere in the world. This carrier's rates are compatible to those of the post office, especially for extra heavy and expensive items. We do not ship with the post office. All orders must be insured. Our stock of about 5,000 volumes consists of rare, out-of-print and a few in-print art reference books, i.e. catalogues raisonnés, artist monographs, important catalogues of museum exhibitions. Our main specialty are modern illustrated books, or "livres d'artistes", which are significant literary works illustrated with original lithographs, engravings and hand-colored or pochoir-painted plates by artists representing French Symbolism, Art Nouveau, Art Deco, Dada, Surrealism, German Expressionism, Russian Avant-Garde, American Abstract Expressionism and other modern art movements.
