The Constitutional right to equality as contained in the Bill of Rights is one of the key pillars of democractic South Africa. L'autore:
Mario Baatjes obtained a Masters in Public Administration from the University of the Western Cape in September 2003 and this is his mini dissertation. Ms Michelle Esau was his supervisor and assisted in providing guidance and advice. He is currently working in Government and finalizing a Masters in Local Government Law.
