Riassunto: Life as a college or high school student should be exciting. But often it consists of sitting in front of a screen, watching other people do interesting things. It's easy to get in a rut. It's not that students don't want to have fun; they just can't think of what to do. All they need are some ideas. That's were the book, I Don't Know. What Do You Want To Do? comes in. So what is this book? It's a bunch of ideas for having a crazy, life-altering, amazing time for college and high school students. Basically, it's a book about just having fun. Some ideas are for being alone and laying low at home. Others require a few friends, while other ideas could involve every person in a cell's phone book. Some are wacky ways to ask someone else out and other ideas are for creative dates. There are crazy holidays to celebrate, and ways to help out others. And besides ideas, there are lots of funny and mind stimulating quotes and real-life stories. Oh yeah, did we mention the pick-up lines to avoid, the things not to do during a final, and the scavenger hunts? There isn t a book like this anywhere else.
About the Author: If Kirsten Vienneau was to describe herself, she might have a difficult time. She's been called Amazon Woman since she is almost six feet tall. She has jokingly been called an Airhead since she's blonde. But most people would describe her as Creative. Growing up in Seattle, WA and attending the University of Washington, Kirsten was always drawn to the people who were just a little different. Some were artsy, some were intellectual, some were religious, and others were activists. One thing about most of her friends was that they just had a knack for inventing fun, no matter what the situation. She and her husband have lived in every corner of the U.S., as well as Japan. And in each place, she worked with high school and college students. She was always amazed at how much fun these students were not having, because they just couldn't think of things to do. While telling stories of what she had done in college and high school, students were amazed and would copy her ideas themselves. Kirsten realized she needed to write a book for these students to inspire them out of their boredom. And so, I Don't Know. What Do You Want To Do? was created. A little laughter goes a long way!
