About Mr. Bilow's BLOG, almostrational.wordpress.com, long-time friend and social activist colleague of blessed memory, Emily Georges Gottfried, once said: "Steve Bilow is just a totally open book!". This book follows that lead in a candid, open, and sometimes surprising collection of poetry.

L'autore: Steven Craig Bilow was Born in Los Angeles in 1960. From being the "electronic music guy" at Birmingham High School in Van Nuys he went on to complete his BFA in Music Composition, under Barry Schrader, Stephen Mosko, and Morton Subotnick, at CalArts in 1982. His graduate studies were in Computer Science at Portland State University. In addition to a long career in broadcast technology, Bilow is a glass artist, photographer, and poet. Currently he write a BLOG called Almost Rational that addresses Judaism, Philosophy, and random musings on the importance if an examined life. He is a member of the board of directors for Friends of Chamber Music and the Third Angle New Music Ensemble.
