Riassunto: What is it about Newburyport that makes it such a special town to live in and visit? Is it the unique brick architecture dating back to the 1600's? The quaint downtown? Picturesque beaches? Or is it a combination of all the little things that make up this quintessential New England town? You're invited to take a trek through the Newburyport Bucket List and explore the hidden gems of this wonderful town. Written by locals, this book is the perfect unsolicited guide for locals to step out of their comfort zone, for visitors to see something new on your next visit and for everybody to check off 100 things to see and do in Newburyport, MA.

L'autore: First thing you have to understand about us is we have ?creative minds.? What that means is that a conversation with us usually results in multiple sidetrack discussions (we call them ?squirrels?) but in the end it all seems to come together. With our powers combined we form Dingo Creative. Here?s some more top-secret information about us... Sheila Bridgland and Jessamyn Anderson Sheila and Jessamyn are a British mother and daughter team who started Dingo Creative in 2004 and now live and work in Newburyport. Sheila has four children, Richard, Jay, Daymion and Jessamyn, who have followed the family tradition and are all established artists. When Sheila isn?t working on Dingo projects, she loves to take pen and ink and illustrate the beauty around her. Jessamyn lives with her daughter, Cassidy, who is the love of her life and her inspiration. Cassidy (we call her PiCassidy), loves to draw and paint and tell us how to do our jobs. Chris Johnston Chris and his better half, Grace, moved to Newburyport in 2009. While looking at houses here, their realtor said ?just beware, if you move to Newburyport, everyday you wake up you?ll feel like you?re on vacation.? Four years later (at the time of publication) that feeling still holds true. He?d like to give a shout-out to their alma mater, University of Rochester??Go Jackets!? His favorite things to do in Newburyport: playing tennis at Cashman Park with Grace, Sunday afternoon naps on the beach, endless nights at the Grog with friends and sitting on the wall at Joppa Flats with his Boston Terrier, Jersey.
