Our purpose in making the Quick Wholesome Foods video and this recipe booklet is help you learn how to make recipes from basic foods that are very low in fat, without cholesterol. In addition, these high fiber foods help to lower existing cholesterol. Using beans, seeds, wheat and other whole grains is a health-ful way to prepare nutritious, high-in-fiber meals that will help help you on your road to better health. (Note: Powdered milk contains small amounts of cholesterol.)

We are committed to helping others learn to use foods that will promote better health. In this video, we have included some of our best recipes and techniques, the ones most husbands and teenagers love!

We recognize the need to prepare fast meals, so we have developed recipes that can be made in 30 minutes or less. The bread, of course, takes longer than that to rise and cook, but less than 30 minutes to prepare. Gluten can be made quickly and stored in the fridge or freezer-ready to add to almost any meal. Powdered Milk Cheeses can be made in only 3 minutes, but can also be made in quantity and frozen. Cracked wheat and other grains, as well as cooked or sprouted beans or bean flours can also be prepared ahead, then frozen in zip-loc bags so you can make "A Meal In Minutes"!
