Payment with order except to well-established customers.
Visa/Mastercard accepted, or bank transfer in sterling or euros. Cheques from unknown customers without a trusted reference may need to be cleared before despatch.
Postage and insurance are charged, if at all, at no more than cost. Overseas orders are usually sent by airmail, but for heavier packets alternatives are quoted.
Returns must be with our agreement, though we are accommodating.

Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG, but books within this range will be sent post free if ordered direct. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you with a specific shipping calculation. Tracking is charged extra, at cost.
