About the Author: Christine Cunningham is the owner of PerformENHANCE sports and adventure athlete training in Chicago. She is an ACE-certified Personal Trainer, an NSCA-Certified C.S.C.S., and NATA-certified athletic trainer and a member of the Faculty Advisory Board of ACE. She is a frequent industry lecturer and writer and is pursuing a Ph.D. in motor control at that University of Illinois at Chicago.
Mike Morris is an NASM-certified personal trainer and a continuing education provider for ACE, NASM, ACSM, NDEITA, NCSF, AEA, and AFAA. Morris is an international presenter with many organizations, and is a 4-star presenter with IDEA.
Joan Wenson is the founder and president of Peloton Fitness Programming. A national and world aerobic champion, she is an ACE and AFAA certified exercise instructor and personal trainer. She is also a world-renowned choreographer and a world masters cyclist. Joan serves as the program designer for the StairMaster Stomp Training and Program Manual.
Carol Murphy is the owner and fitness director of Fitlife in Rochester, NY. She is a member of the ACE Academy as a Continuing Education Specialist. Her certifications include ACSM, ACE, and AFAA. She’s an international presenter and has co-authored two stability ball videos.
