About the Author: I never thought I would be a writer. Not in a million years. I did not believe it was my talent. But I have so much information that I want to share and want to be able to help more people, so I started. I figured this is one of the best ways to help more people at once. I started on this path because of my own health and fitness issues. I began to have others ask me questions to help them with their health and it just continued from there. I have been involved in health since then. It has been 18 years now that I have been involved and 12 years since I have been certified in the health and fitness industry. My desire to help others with their health and motivation came from dealing with a plethora of health issues and abuse. From an early age I dealt with allergies and bad body image issues which resulted in anorexia and then weight gain. I have also dealt with blood sugar issues and other issues that would get in the way of my exercise. I have been through abuse at the hands of someone who supposedly loved me. This taught me a great deal and I learned to love myself and do what is right for me. Too many of us berate ourselves for what we are not, instead of looking at what we have done with our lives and what we have that is wonderful. And I guarantee you, you have something, more likely many things about you that are wonderful. Through all of this I have learned to strive to always be in better health yet love myself the way I am now. It is not about being perfect, it is about working towards being a better you. I really do believe that our health is meant to support us in our daily adventures and when we look at it that way we will get to a realistic place with our health. The point is to find our way of better health that we can live with for life, not a yo yo diet. I also believe that life is too short and we should go after what we want in life. Staring death in the face a few times has given me the desire to really live full out. Hard times like these can either defeat us or they can grow us. We can grow to be more than we ever knew we could. I use what has happened in my life to fuel my ambition and to create a happier life. After all, life is too short not to live it. Always LIVE FULL OUT!
