Libro Prima edizione
Hardcover. Condizione: Very Good. No Jacket. 1st Edition. Grey cloth covers with blue print at front and spine. In this interesting book giving the experiences of an Australian Army Nursing Sister during the war, 1915-18, the vividly-described facts show the wonderful endurance and devotion to duty of our nursing sisters, without thought of self. At all times filled the Matron-in-Chief with admiration. Miss Tilton tells of the courage and bravery of our wounded men, and of their thoughtful consideration for those who tended them. In reading these pages, one lives again those many remembered years, when so many precious lives were laid down by those who served, that we who remain might benefit. **The book has foxing and the covers have light rubbing at the extremeties.**.
