A campy Red Scare thriller, wherein Stalin fakes his own death, undergoes extreme plastic surgery to make himself unrecognizable, and escapes to Greece with his Lithuanian lover/nurse Greta Grisenko. Meanwhile, Grisenko's twin sister Lili hires a Communist-hating secret agent to find and retrieve Greta. Set in Russia, Germany, and Greece. White titled self wrappers, noted as CONTINUITY & DIALOGUE on the front wrapper, noted as production No. 1852, dated APRIL 1, 1957, with credits for director Russell Birdwell, and actors Lex Barker, Zsa Zsa Gabor, and other cast members. Title page integral with the front wrapper, as issued. Mimeograph duplication, rectos only. Pages Fine, wrapper Near Fine, with light stains and fading on the front wrapper, bound at the top edge with two gold brads.

Interesting story -- Willy Gay runs in the Olympic marathon, while the crowd shouts "Gay! Gay!".
