Prima edizione
Paperback. Condizione: Very Good. First Edition. Carlisle, Hesperian Press, 1985. Quarto, xviii, 326 pages with 26 illustrations (from photographs) and 104 maps. Pictorial card covers covered in clear contact plastic (lightly bubbled at the extremities, with a tiny hole at the rear); minimal signs of use (mainly some light thumbing to the leading edge); an excellent copy. 'Over 400 Western Australian gold-bearing localities are described with 104 detailed location maps. [This book] is a major contribution to prospecting in WA.' This would account for its perennial desirability; as for its rarity, that's another story altogether.

Prima edizione
Paperback. First Edition. Carlisle, Hesperian Press, 1985, 1986, 1987, and 1989. Quarto, four volumes, xviii, 326 pages with 26 illustrations (from photographs) and 104 maps; xiv, 382 pages with 46 illustrations (from photographs) and numerous maps; [xvi], 435 pages with 18 illustrations (from photographs) and numerous maps; and xiv, 615 pages with 25 illustrations (from photographs) and numerous maps. Laminated pictorial card covers (the first three volumes) and laminated pictorial papered boards (Volume 4); bottom edge of the first volume lightly shelf-marked; cover of the second volume lightly rubbed; suffice to say, all four volumes were purchased new, then shelved and never used, so this is probably as fine a set as one is likely to find. Individually, these volumes are rare and much sought-after; this full series in such fine condition is an exceptional offering. [4 items].
