Otherwise boards are unfaded with corners sharp, binding strong. Copyright page states 1941 with this addition: I.5.61 Former library book, usual library markings, otherwise pages are clean and unmarked. No dj. You will notice that my book descriptions are not generic, saying "may have." certain conditions. All descriptions are written with actual book in hand.

Condizione: Good. 1953. Second Edition. 278 pages. No dust jacket. Brown cloth. Pages remain clear with minimal tanning and foxing, mild to end-papers and text-block edges. Some occasional mild cracking to gutters occasionally however binding remains reasonably firm. Boards have mild edge-wear with slight rubbing to surfaces. Mild crushing to spine ends. Book has a slight forward lean. Short splits at joints with fraying.

Binding has remained firm. Boards are a little rub worn with slight shelf wear to corners, spine and edges. Corners are a little bumped. Spine ends are a mildly crushed, with small splits and chips. Boards are bowed. Book has a forward lean. Water marks to boards and spine. The clipped dust jacket has moderate edge wear, tears and chips to edges and spine ends. Light tanning to spine and edges.
