Spine labels are age toned and a little rubbed, with a few very small chips. Damp stain to the head of the front board of Volume I. Bump to the head of the front board of Volume V. Front endpaper of Volume I is almost detached. Bookseller's label to the rear paste downs. Rear endpaper of Volume VIII has been excised. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and generally clean, with some spotting to the pages facing the plates. Good. book.
