Condizione: Fair. 1936. First Edition. 127 pages. No dust jacket. Red cloth with gilt titles to spine and front. Presentation slip from Alexander Duckham tipped to front pastedown. Illustrated by T. J. S. Rowland. Pages have slight foxing, tanning and minor thumbing. Previous owner's inscription to front endpaper. Foxing more noticeable towards the start and end of the book and on text block edges. Boards have some edge wear, with slight bumping and fraying to corners, while spine ends are moderately crushed and rubbed. Slightly scratched, rubbed and marked overall. Slight splits to joints. Some water staining to front and rear. Spine is noticeably sunned. Gilt is bright on front.
