Prima edizione della traduzione italiana del Dolce di questa celebre raccolta di lettere a vari sovrani europei, attribuite a Maometto ma in realt? composte da Laudivio Zacchia. Fu stampata la prima volta nel 1473 a Napoli e divenne molto popolare, considerato il grande interesse per l'espansione turca nel periodo che coincise con la scoperta della stampa a caratteri mobili; vennero stampate una ventina di edizioni nel Quattrocento.
