This book covers an impressive range of old varieties of vegetables, saved from the onslaught of supermarket giants and the EU and now flourishing in the Lost Gardens of Heligan. The book begins with an introduction to the Heligan adventure. The following chapters address soil, storage, potatoes and other crops, and ends with favorite recipes from the Heligan Restaurant.
