Condizione: Sehr gut. Taschenbucherstausgabe. 286 (2) Seiten mit graphischen Darstellungen. 18 cm. Umschlaggestaltung: Design Team. Sehr guter Zustand. - David Joseph Bohm . (* 20. Dezember 1917 in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania; 27. . Prima edizione
Hardcover. Condizione: Fine. Condizione sovraccoperta: very good +. First Edition. First printing, octavo size, 240 pp. David Joseph Bohm (1917-1992) was "one of the most significant theoretical physicists of the 20th century.who contributed unorthodox ideas to quantum theory, neuropsychology and the philosophy of mind. Among his many contributions to physics is his causal and deterministic interpretation of quantum theory known as De Broglie-Bohm theory" (n.b., per Wiki). In this volume, Bohm "develops a theory of quantum physics which treats the totality of existence, including matter and consciousness, as an unbroken whole" (n.b., from jacket flap). ___DESCRIPTION: Bound in full purple cloth over boards, silver lettering stamped onto the spine, the text with some scattered equations throughout; octavo size (8 5/8" by 5 1/2"), pagination: [i-v] vi-xv [1, blank] [1] 2-224.
