Paperback. Dive into the whimsical world of "1 Fish, 2 Fish, Alexis The Catfish," a hilariously offbeat adult nursery rhyme book that turns the mundane into the extraordinary. Join Alexis, a catfish with a penchant for chaos, as she navigates through a series of misadventures, odd jobs, and outright failures, all while clinging to her crutches and her unmatched sense of humor. **About This Book: **Alexis the Catfish isn't your average aquatic creature. And just when you think you've seen it all, her personal life, with characters like Diabetic Daddy and T-Bird, adds an extra layer of absurdity to her fishbowl of existence. **Inside, You'll Discover: **- A collection of 32 brilliantly illustrated pages, each telling a part of Alexis's story with a blend of humor, satire, and just a touch of madness.- Delightfully quirky characters, including a short, questioning father; a sugar cube character with a generous spirit; and a smirking turtle ex-boyfriend, among others.- Scenes of uproarious incidents and laugh-out-loud mishaps, from Alexis dealing with a toy-gun-wielding chicken to her notorious falls outside BJ's bar.- A narrative that weaves together themes of resilience, the absurdity of life, and the importance of laughing at oneself, all delivered in a unique adult nursery rhyme format. **Perfect For: **- Adults who appreciate a blend of dark humor, satire, and whimsical storytelling.- Fans of unconventional, edgy comedy that pushes the boundaries of traditional nursery rhymes.- Readers looking for a quick, entertaining escape into a world that mirrors the absurdity of our own - but with more fish and crutches.- Anyone who's ever felt like they're swimming against the current, trying to find their place in the world.
