This workbook gives a personal account of the 12 events in my life that led to the development of the 12P Model to success and personal transformation. It is necessary to have a clear list of steps that helps us to manage time efficiently and move forward towards achieving our goals. Without goals and usable processes, it is difficult to achieve and maintain any significant levels of change or transformation. Each "P" is explained and clarified with stories that help the reader dive deeper into the writer's mind and the events that produced the personal transformation that many individuals search to achieve during their lifetime.

I have defied many odds as a weak student in elementary school that many teachers gave up on, to an avid learner with a Doctorate in Education in Leadership and Management. The 12 stories outlined in each chapter showed how, with proper support and guidance, I achieved success and personal transformation. The process was not smooth, nor was it easy, but it was there for following. After reading this book, you will know my story and the steps needed to achieve success and personal transformation.
