Beginning of dream—the bay view
It starts with me at the top of a hill looking down onto a bay with about 20 really big fish in it. The "bay" is in front of me; looking down; with another hill opposite me, sloping down to my left to the shoreline—but not forming a part of the shoreline-, sloping up further left from there forming another smaller hill built up of rocks.
At the foot of the smaller hill is a semi level distinct break in between the rocks before starting a slope coming up to the top of my hill that I am standing on. This break in the rock is a rectangular "rock", dark brown in colour, which looks as though it could be the roof of something (the surrounding rocks are light grey in color)
In the distance behind the hill opposite me, and slightly to the left of it, is another hill that looks more like the top part of a hill protruding directly out of the sea. Behind the rock break is a further "shoreline" view of the one side of this island/side of mountain; with many other hills on it with a straight line "shoreline" into the distance.
This "shoreline" looks more like a very long cliff face, but not a straight up cliff face like we know. It actually looks like one side of a ginormous mountain with lots of sharply pointed hills, very rich in vegetation, spattered along its sides. The color of those rocks that spear out sharply from each other is very shiny black that looks as though there is sporadic white rock in it. There is no sand that forms any shoreline other than the bay and the two hills opposite me. There is also no apex at which the "cliff face" peaks nor forming a plateau thereafter. The incline is +-70 degrees coming directly out from the sea. It just keeps on going up and up.
When I'm looking at this "cliff face" I have turned left now, from where I was facing the hill opposite straight on. About a third of the "cliff face" view is blocked by the trunk of what looks like a Redwood tree, on the left. The "bay" is a horse shoe shape, although I cannot see its entrance as I cannot move my head to the right there is to many branches and leaves for my eyes to move right and see further to the right. In the bay is these really big fish swimming in the "bay" waters.
The water is clear till about 8 meters deep, thereafter it's very dark. It is at this point that 1 to 3 of my "dream guide enforcers" comes to me in an urgent panic. They know my name; I don't know or even recognize them from my past or ever meeting them; I only know them now as my "dream guides/enforcers." They arrive joyously saying "Graeme, you finally here. You must free the fish and then stop the war."
They then go on telling that I must hurry and get my supplies to save these fish that are trapped in the "bay," below me; pointing down to them, by means of blowing away or removing the sand bank that prevents them from getting back into the ocean, and then stop the war. Over the years I've learnt that this "bay" is in fact not a bay but was once the top part of the bay's top Brass that controlled the original bay which is even further down under water. As well as the once mighty walls, that protected the entire circumference of the "island/Mountain". Furthermore the whole bay was also covered with the sand that fell from the tops of the hills and mountain. This happened after the "invaders" first attack was unsuccessful as, they could not get over or through the giant walls around the island/continent, as well as the might of their once mighty Navy. When they had realized the walls where insurmountable, some of their ships stayed behind. The majority of the ships left, back to their land.
They then caused a massive explosion that was so powerful; it caused the tectonic plates to move so violently, it shook the whole "island continent" so powerfully, that about 30% of the "island/continent" sank into the ocean. They did so that the walls would then sink beneath the ocean, so that their next attack (which is currently already on) was successful and, they are currently on the castles foreground battlefield. However, because of the now smaller "bay" being too small now for their ships to land, their second attack came from the 2nd bay, behind the castle. The earthquake that happened was not a natural event; it was a man/forced one. (They made a specific point of telling me this as well.); this how the fish came to be trapped there.
NB—Further to the left of the Redwood tree are other Redwoods all placed in a very American fashion; evenly placed in straight lines. There is also a pathway to my left that seems to lead down into a ravine. I can't quite make it out as; the sunlight around here is a very bright white light. So bright that even the hills behind those hills are so "snowed" over with this light that it is pretty difficult to make out the outer lines of everything beyond. I was never allowed down that pathway before though, always down the path to my right.
THE FISH
Throughout the many years of the relentless repetitiveness of this dream (as well as the others, but not as much as this one), I had learnt to breath underwater, run as fast the wind, as well as fly and talk to the animals. Although it only took a few months to do this; mostly just by accident or it just happened; it took quite a few years to master and control it.
Now, the reason I must free these fish; is that they are the last of their kind and it is what they eat; that if they don't get out soon; will cause a huge ocean catastrophe that will kill all of the ocean life and; end the world as we know it for it will make life unbearable to live in. Also I learnt from the "dream guides" that there are 4 elders further below, with the one survivor from the first birth.
After some years; I broke the rules; and flew down the hill; straight into the water to see these fish up close and converse with them more clearly, these fish that I must free. When I saw them up close and personal; I saw that their scales aren't like other fish's scales. Theirs is like a thick, hard, fiber like shell; similar to a tortoise/turtle shell only much thicker and bigger. The color of their shells is red in the centre, going dark brown to black at the outer edges. Their faces are a bright yellow, as well as all their fins and tails.
The fish that I can see in the surface waters are the babies of the second school. The first school; bar one; died in the explosion/ earthquake. The "Elders" and the survivor are further down in the dark waters. Now this I had already found out from the "dream guides"; and the many islanders/residents. They are about 6 meters in length, these "baby" fish. I called the one fish to me and he came. His face was bright yellow; quite round and very "comical" looking in appearance.
"What is blocking you from getting out, show me?" is what I asked him. He responded "There," nudging his head for me to look right; "That's the sand wall that came down and blocked us." When I looked through the water I could make out a big sand bank, roughly 40 to 60 meters away from where I was in the water; and about double that in its width.
I realized then why I can't just go down and dig out the wall with my hands; free the fish and dream over.
"Our Elders are further on down there," pointing down with his face, "We are all trapped here. They are lying on top of a building, not the ocean floor. They are busy discussing how else they can get out now, so don't go down." I looked down and could see the 4 elders and the one survivor from the first school.
But the elders and the survivor look nothing like their younger ones. They all have grown a lamp, long whiskers and seem to be much fatter than the younger ones. They also seem to have lost most of their color. Looking more black/dark green. But, the waters down there where truly, very dark; the only light to see them was provided for by their lamps, so I can't really determine that. The one survivor looked like it could have been about half the elders' size; who are about thrice the size of their siblings. I guesstimate them to be about 30-35 meters in length and 12 meters wide; judging by the length of their mouths (from what I could see in the dark water). I noted that the floor they where lying on is very black and rather flat. I looked at the other side walls of the bay and saw that they were also quite black and strangely very straight. Like the inside of a 3/4 box under water. "What is it that you eat?" I asked him. "What we eat, we can still get from a small hole at the bottom end of the sand bank. We can still survive" WOOSH I was pulled out by one of the "dream guides"; taken back to the top, scolded on for breaking the rules; and thrown out of the dream for that night.
Now it was through the "dream guides/enforcers", and many members of the public their lifestyle is as follows:—when they are young their bodies look like a normal fishes structure, and they spend most of it in the surface waters. As they age they gradually descend to the bottom and grow much wider, grow lanterns and some whiskers to feel around at the bottom. Their food that they eat is found between the bottom and mid waters. They also breathe like we do; air. Occasionally coming up for it, they feed coming up for air, and on the way down they feed. They can stay down there for quite some time. I was never told WHAT they eat though.
THE BEACH BAR AND RESTAURANT
This is the second phase of the dream where, after taking my first step onto the path to my right at the top of the hill; POOF; I'm immediately on the inside of this Bar with my back against the length wall of it and, on the 1st floor. This Bar and Restaurant has 4 levels; each is in full view of each other. The floor that I'm on is the 1st floor looking down a further tiered 3 levels. My floor is the dance floor, second level is the pool tables, third floor is seating for eating customers and; the fourth floor leads directly out to seating for people just wanting to sit on the beach front. Over the years on many occasions I have managed to be on the top two levels, but have failed this level due to the many crowds that suddenly appear and block the stairs for me to go down further. It is also here that the "dream guides/enforcers" will pull me back, pointing to the entrance door telling me to leave now and go to the shopping centre to get what I need to free the fish from the bay urgently.
The entrance door is a further half level up from the first floor, but is only a 2 meter wide flat platform walkway leading to the door, with roughly a 3 by 3 meter sub-landing for the bouncers to sit and greet/search/receive tariff charges at. This part of the dream was nearly almost very short and sweet. I never spent more than about 10 minutes there (or at least what about 10 minutes is worth in the dream). But ... It was here (through all the years) that only one of the "dream guides/enforcers" finally voiced what name she goes by and her name is Kooler (or at least it how I think it's spelt).
None of the other dream guides/enforcers would reveal their names however well they knew mine straight from the start; as well as every other person in this dream telling me and, constantly reminding me of my mission; and are quite stunned as to why and what I am doing there, when I should be freeing the fish and stopping this war.
All the people—including the "dream team"—-all treat me as though as I am some kind of famous archeologist or person of sort (to free the fish). I'm also treated as though I am some kind of royal figure/political adviser to the other royals. Apparently I am also the only one that can convince the other royals to stop the war; as I was present when the misunderstanding between one of the two brothers of the royals and the leader of the invaders. They did not know that I was there when they were talking to each other and I heard what the misunderstanding was.
Now when I leave this bar/restaurant and I walk out of the door, my body is immediately forced at a 90 degree angle left and flash, I'm in the shopping centre. Now the reason I have tried to get to the beach floor is because I wanted to see if the dark brown rock that I saw from the top of the hill before, is in fact the roof of this bar, which could put me directly in front of the fish. "Why must I go through all of this first" is what I thought to myself, over the many years, but was never allowed. This is where I need to introduce the "dream guide/enforcers/security guards" first.
THE DREAM GUIDES/ENFORCERS
This bunch is a very intriguing crowd. I call them guides/ enforcers for many reasons. Firstly: They are always watching me throughout the dream as there is a huge populace of people around me as well. They all talk to me and often I get caught up in the events and, not for long, a number of them come to me to pull me out. Again they will remind me of my mission and point me to the next part that I must still do with the still stunned urgency that I am wasting time.
I had counted about 20 guides but only 5 of them spoke to me further than just the constant hurry and persistent reminders. It was through these guides that I learnt more of the islands history concerning the wars and the fish. They only roughly told me how it went down in a very vague explanation of why I must save the fish and stop this war from continuing. In no particular order there are these twins that always and only come to me in the shopping centre. They are not of the same gender though and when I look into their eyes I can sense a state of sadness and extreme caring in their souls about the past that happened before. I can also see in their eyes that they are not of the same time period (20th century) they are older; they are only about 10 or 11 years old and they were always in school uniform with hats. Although they weren't very specific in any of there answers: besides the norm: I found them very interesting in terms of their knowledge that I can see in their eyes: but they were not very informative.
There is a tall blonde girl, another girl with slightly ginger/ blonde hair (Kooler) and 2 Indian boys (who are quite consistent throughout the dream). There is also a Rastafarian man, 2 white teenagers, 2 more girls and about 8-10 other guides that would sporadically appear and disappear over the years. There was always 1 or more dream guides/enforcers there to push me to continue with the process of the dream though.
It was Kooler, the Rastafarian man, 1 of the Indian boys and the twins that I learnt more about the war and the fish. One of the most fundamental questions I have asked all the "dream guides/enforcers" and every other person I could is "Why must I do all this?", and every occasion they've all looked at me with a confused look and their retort has always been the same, and I quote "But you know Graeme", "You know what started the war", "Only you can do this". Now it would be very interesting to tell that, everyone including the guides, knows my name. They know my "mission" as well and, they all place priority on these interests. Save for the guides by repetition—I do not know them, have never seen them before and I do not recognize them from any event in my life and there are thousands of them. They hardly ever spoke to me about anything else either.
THE SHOPPING CENTER
The sheer size and magnitude of this centre is totally mind blowing. Now I've been to many shopping centers before and none of them are even a fraction the size in comparison. It starts with me facing a big main pillar (with restaurants in it) of the centre on the fourth floor. Every type of shop is available and many thereof all over. The passages between the shops have no fixed order either, like a maze.
Although many times I have tried to get to the ends of this centre, I have failed due to its immensity and I could only get to the next floor via the main passage. For all the times I have tried, I've gotten lost, but not for long the "dream guides" would come to put me back onto the main passage, which runs straight with the centre, close to the "Restaurant pillar" part of the centre (on the 4th floor at the same spot that I started at).
