The dust jacket is also near fine with some minimal creasing to the top edge. Volume 1 The Lord of The Rings (Complete in one sensational illustrated volume): Brown cloth binding, gilt spine lettering and front cover decoration, 1193 pages, several maps to rear, sensational full page glossy plates by Alan Lee the book is in near fine condition. The dust jacket is also near fine with some minor creasing to the top edge. The slip case is good to very good with some creasing and a small tear to the paper overhanging flap at the base.
