Rhea Perlman is an actress, a mother, and a very bad singer. She mostly plays lousy bad guys like Matilda’s mother in the movie Matilda and Carla the loudmouth waitress on Cheers. Her nicknames are Rhe Peeman, Pee Rheman, and Ritz Pritzle. She is the author of five other books in the Otto Undercover series.
Dan Santat, the author and illustrator of The Guild of Geniuses. He's also developing his own animated television show.

Smoke and Bubbles
Otto's antenna hat started buzzing, the gum in his mouth started growing, his eye started pulsing, and he heard a rustling noise outside the garage window.A bubble the size of Otto's face popped out of his mouth. Wispy smoke swirled inside it, creating letters that formed into an anagram. Itwas a message from the agency he worked for, Eee YiiiY Eee.
