Prior experience includes: Grounds Manager; 1999 PGA Championship, 1990 US Open; Superintendent at the 1989 US Golf Association Mid-Amateur, President, Turf Grass Information Center, Michigan State Library. Board of Director, Wisconsin Golf Course Superintendents Association, Wisconsin Arborist Association, Board of Directors, O.J. Noer Foundation, 1987-present.

Wayne Otto, CGCS, (Grafton, Wisconsin). A Pennsylvania State University Graduate in Turf Management. Golf Course Superintendent for 42 years becoming the first GCSAA Certified Golf Course Superintendent in Wisconsin.
