Peter Keen (Fairfax Station, VA) is the founder and Chairman of Keen Innovations. He has served on the faculties of Harvard, MIT, and Stanford, with visiting positions at Wharton and Oxford. In 1994, he was profiled by Forbes magazine as the consultant from Paradise. In 1988, he was named by Information Week as one of the top ten consultants in the information technology field. Some of the companies he's worked with include: British Airways, British Telecom, Citibank, Glaxo, IBM, MCI, and many others. He is also a profile writer, author of many books that have strongly influenced the business-technology dialogue.
Mark P. McDonald (St. Charles, IL) is an Associate Partner with the Andersen Consulting Centre for Process Excellence. He works with leading-edge projects around the world addressing issues of eCommerce, rapid development, and product development. Mark is a sought out speaker on these issues and has authored several articles and papers on these subjects.
