Sanjiv Purba, PMP, (Mississauga, Ontario) is an IT executive with more than 15 years of industry and consulting experience. He has written over 10 books and hundreds of articles for such organizations as the Globe and Mail and the Toronto Star.
Joe Zucchero has over 24 years of solid experience in project and program management and the execution of highly complex IT engagements.
