The Melbourne Cricket Club is famous throughout the cricketing world for its superb collection of photographs, paintings and memorabilia representing every aspect of cricket - dating from the earliest days of the game right up to the present day. Richard Bouwman has a degree in History from the University of Adelaide and graduate diplomas in Education and Museum Studies. He has taught in government secondary schools, worked for the National Trust of Australia (Victoria) and as Research Curator with the Australian Gallery of Sport at the Melbourne Cricket Ground.
