His experience as a CMMi assessor, Six Sigma practitioner, Risk Management consultant and PMO consultant has been used to assist clients undergo business change. Mike has worked mainly in the IT Industry for over 25 years holding positions in programme management, project management and R & D, specializing in the areas of professional services, project management methods and computer architectures. He has considerable experience in managing enterprise scale international collaborative programmes both in Europe and the USA.
