DAMON HOUGLAND is Senior Director of Operations for eFORCE, Inc., where he designs and architects Java enterprise applications. Previously, he led the Web application infrastructure team at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, which specialized in reporting scientific data through Web-enabled databases and applications.

AARON TAVISTOCK has more than a decade of experience with application development and UNIX systems. He is currently Director of Engineering at ZipRealty, the nation's largest online real estate brokerage.
