L'autore

THOMAS L. HARMAN is an electrical engineer, a master electrician certified in many cities and states, and a member of National Electrical Code (NEC) Panel Number 2 since 1978. His extensive professional experience includes designing and installing electrical systems meeting NEC requirements. He has also taught numerous classes about the NEC and has given numerous seminars in the United States and abroad describing the application of the NEC to specific designs. Harman has also served as an expert witness in various legal cases involving the NEC.
