Recensione

"One of the advantages of this type of book is that it takes a rather mundane topic such as criminal codes, and interprets them in real-life situations so that students, police recruits, or even attorneys can see how criminal statutes apply to specific incidents ...Mr. Del Vecchio meets this challenge in a straightforward manner with a well-written, concise and informative book." — Chief James Batelli, Mahwah Police Department

"Every lawyer, law enforcement personnel and ...students will find the practical application of the factual patterns to the law very informative and helpful." — Miles Feinstein, Esq. (Clifton, NJ)

"This text is an excellent learning tool for a student with no knowledge of the law or application of statutes..." — Frank Del Vecchio, Director of Public Safety (Bergen County)

"I only wish that I had this resource available to me during my 25 years in law enforcement." — Chief Mary F. Rabadeau (Retired)
