REAL FAST FOOD was shortlisted for the Andre Simon Award and THE 30-MINUTE COOK was nominated for both the Glenfiddich and the Julia Child Awards. Nigel Slater has a food column in The Observer and Sainsbury's Magazine. He is the author of ten books in total, including Toast, his award-winning autobiography.
