Justin Paul is associated with the University of Washington. He was earlier working as Associate Professor, Nagoya University of Commerce and Business, Japan, and faculty, Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, Delhi.

Rajiv Aserkar is Professor, Logistics and Supply Chain Management at the S P Jain Centre of Management, Dubai. He was formerly faculty, Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Dubai Campus, and International Institute of Foreign Trade and Research, Indore.
