Activities supporting Level 3 stories, but which can be used on their own, combining fun activity types and a lively modern look with practice in basic reading skills of recognising patterns, and find similarities and differences, as well as writing skills such as pencil control and filling in details. The activities also provide children with storytelling opportunities and phonics practice. Each page contains a simple instruction that can be read by the child on their own or child with parent, as well as tips for parents at the foot of the page explaining why the activity is helpful in supporting early reading. Fun reward stickers with the Read at Home characters are included.
